It was such a relief that Garrett was able (that he was willing, I should say) to come to my house that morning at 8:00 a.m. to change that pump, before he started the rest of his calls that day. He didnít have to, and it meant a lot to me. It was the first day of the 2 weeks that I needed to be in Toronto to start packing for Momís move, I was feeling the stress, and every minute I was stuck in Keswick was time lost on such a huge task, so I was really grateful. And, the last thing I needed was to be worrying about that pump acting up at home in Keswick, maybe flooding my floor, day after day, with me not being around to deal with it for 2 weeks. Yikes!

Iím always really impressed by Garrett Ö heís always so pleasant, and nothing seems to faze him. Heís a good ďambassadorĒ for PJs. :) Thanks Heather.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to PJ’s Home Comfort for their compassion, hard work, and flexibility.  I was in distress with no hot water for one week. I was treated very badly and taken advantage of by another company before calling PJ’s.  PJ’s will always be my first call from now on and should have been from the very beginning.  The service was beyond excellent.  I have only great words for your company.  I have made sure to tell everyone what you have done for me.  I will continue to let people know what a great company you operate.  The customer service was second to none.

We recently booked PJ's, through a friendly office worker, for a long overdue air duct, furnace and air conditioning cleaning. The worker arrived shortly before his scheduled arrival time, took a quick assessment of our house and went to work. He was professional, friendly and very thorough. After the jobs were completed (5 hours later) he gave me a couple of maintenance tips for the a/c and he even agreed to add on a cleaning of the propane stove which I forgot to mention when I originally booked the call. It is great to have such a dependable, friendly company so close to home that we can count on whenever we need them. We have nothing but praise for PJ's Home Comfort!!.

have used this company when my furnice died and went to funace heaven, when I wanted central air installed and for repairs when needed. I started using them in 1994 and have never left. I don't need them often, but whenever I do, they are there... Love them.

Not a happy event when your furnace dies on a cold January morning. My early morning cry for help was answered within fifteen minutes and two friendly techs were at my door within an hour. Service was fast, friendly and efficient and the furnace was back in working order in a jiffy. When I need to go new furnace shopping I know I'll be visiting P/J's.

P/J's has done a lot of work for us in the past everything from a new furnace installation (moving ductwork - the works) along with running new gas pipes, relocating water heaters, water softner, adding a new fan line and replacing a pump. They are very knowledgeable and professional in their work. We are very happy with their service.
